Beth Smith
Beth started her journey in the pageant world when she began entering her daughter in pageants at just a few months old. It wasn't long in the journey that she found herself behind the scenes and being more involved. Soon after she started a small local system that was meant to be for themed pageants and on a smaller scale. 5 years later she found herself wanting to go to the next level. She became a local director and then state director with established National Systems, but found herself wanting to do more. Thus resulting in the formation of NEM in 2018.

NEM stands by her moto to Be Extraordinary. She works hard to not only have extraordinary delegates, but provide an extraordinary experience.

Hi! I'm Eric. I'm just a down to earth guy, husband, father, and now grandfather (I know... I am WAY to young to be a grandpops but here we are). I am passionate about photography that builds self confidence and makes my clients feel alive and empowered. That is my goal, to make amazing images while boosting self confidence and helping others realize the beauty the possess both inside and outside. We are ALL beautiful. My job is to capture that beauty in whatever form it is in. You are the most important thing in the world

Ashley Icenhour
Ashley Icenhour has been in the beauty community for over a decade, she has always been in love with pageants since she was young watching the Miss America pageants.
Ashley started her pageantry in her early twenties and fell in love with the sisterhood and competing with friends. She then fell in love with the system of NEM and wanted to be apart of something Extraordinary. She hopes to continue the journey and grow with the delegates each year. Pageantry has always had a special place in her heart and she strives to be the best she can be and a role model to all of NEM delegates.

Taylor Parsons
As a sophomore at East Tennessee State University, I live for Jesus and checking things off my bucket list! Growing up a competitive athlete and clogger, I have a drive to excel in all that I do.

I am NO STRANGER to the pageant and modeling world. My highest titles include former Miss Tennessee's Outstanding Teen and third runner up to Miss America's Outstanding Teen, and a three time national clogging champion! I currently have 15 years in pageant experience at all levels from competing, MC, and choreographing, I love it all!
